To be successful as a AI Engineer, you should have experience with:
Strong software engineering fundamentals, with hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production-grade environments.
Experience with agentic frameworks and patterns, including tool use, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation loops, and the trade-offs involved.
Solid MLOps practice, including CI/CD for models and prompts, experiment tracking, monitoring, versioning, automated testing, and production rollback strategies.
Deep cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IAM, networking, and compute/GPU provisioning, with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
Comfort building internal platforms and developer-facing tooling that abstract complexity for application teams.
A security- and compliance-aware mindset suited to handling financial data.
Experience with RAG systems, vector search, and AI guardrails or safety tooling, with an understanding of how these patterns support reliable enterprise AI applications.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to model-serving infrastructure, inference optimization, and the practical considerations involved in running scalable AI applications in production.
Prior work in fintech, banking, or another regulated, high-availability domain.

This role is based in Pune office.
