To be successful as an API Development Lead you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
A deep understanding of core Java concepts, modern frameworks and best practices for building scalable, maintainable and high-performant applications. Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex systems, troubleshoot issues and apply sound engineering principles to solve problems.
Strong Hands-on experience in the following - Framework – Spring, Hibernate, UI Technologies - REACT, Javascript. Good understanding and working experience on AWS development and deployment. A proactive learner who stays up to date with new technologies and continuously seeks to improve his/her skills and understanding. Acting as a Java SME for the development team.
Leading the design process of building and evolving the service tier of the Data Platform. Design experience across multiple programs where individual has technically led the development. Managing development issues and escalating them when appropriate. Undertaking code reviews and providing suggestions/improvements in the code. Promote technical best practices.
Ensuring all the resiliency, security and operational readiness requirements are met. Worked in Financial services domain.
Some other highly valued skills includes:
Proven ability to design and develop enterprise level software solutions using tools and techniques such as Source Control, Build Tools (e.g Maven), TDD, Jenkins, JMS, ECS, Kubernetes, Docker etc. Experience of mentoring team members.

This role is based out of Pune.
