Explore locationJoin Barclays and be part of our growing team in Liquid Financing as SMAD C++ Quant Developer VP, where you will be helping build and set up our low latency Algorithm stack, our back testing framework, and our pricing engine. You will communicate across sales and trading desk, product, control, and IT teams to manage risk and increase transactional efficiency.
To be successful as a SMAD C++ Quant Developer VP, you should have;
Algo-development experience
Writing production quality code
Stakeholder management experience
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Master’s or PhD in STEM (math, statistics, or computer science)
Computer science background
Basic knowledge of probability, statistics and machine learning

This role is located in New York
Minimum Salary: 155,000
Maximum Salary: 250,000

To provide quantitative and analytical expertise to support trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making within the investment banking domain, applying quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and technology to optimise trading and investment opportunities.
