Prepare and submit major shareholding, long/short position disclosures, and takeover panel reports across global jurisdictions.
Monitor regulatory thresholds and reporting triggers; ensure timely submission within strict market deadlines.
Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting ownership reporting obligations.
Desirable Skill sets:
Strong experience in Major Shareholding Reporting / Short & Long Position Reporting / Takeover Panel Reporting.
Hands-on knowledge of Python and SQL (good to have).
Solid understanding of global equity markets and regulatory disclosure frameworks.
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player, self-starter with positive attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines with a good sense of urgency and accountability.
