Explore locationJoin us as a Business Analyst at Barclays, where you will be responsible for independently producing requirements breakdown, write user stories and manage the delivery in accordance with Business requirement design. You will ensure all requirements traceability are factored into design/code/test deliverables. You will ensure that necessary controls/RAIDS are identified and managed and assist in the diagnosis of system problems encountered during various phases. You will also be responsible for documenting the functional specifications and changes and ensure that the application knowledge repository is maintained.
To be successful as a Business Analyst you should have experience with:
Domain knowledge in Banking or Finance
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving abilities
Proficiency in tools like Visio (or equivalent), Confluence, JIRA
Strong understanding and experience of Agile methodologies and reporting using Kanban, Scrum boards or equivalent
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Good to have basic knowledge in technical areas like SQL, ETL process and reporting tools (Tableau or equivalent)
Familiarity with any Cloud platforms, version control systems like GIT, job schedulers like Autosys will be an added advantage
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Pune.
