Explore locationJoin us a Recon Business Analyst at Barclays where you have to design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
To be successful as a Recon Business Analyst, where you should have experience with:
Understanding of Intellimatch (or any Third Party Reconciliation tool).
Should have good experience on SQL Server.
Previous knowledge of Investment Banking domain specifically Nostro/Depot Reconciliation.
Knowledge on Trade lifecycle and asset classes.
Demonstrable experience of working to fixed business deadlines/constraints.
Demonstrable experience of working with/managing ambiguous/vague requirements.
Experience with Agile practices and methodology specifically SCRUM
Should have sound knowledge of Change Management Process.
Knowledge of standard artifacts (BRD, FSD, RTM, Change Log).
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Hands-on with technology and development is a big plus.
Any Business Analysis certification CCBA or CBAP will be a big plus.
IB experience and with knowledge on reconciliation Domain (reconciliation knowledge will be an added advantage)
Developing reconciliation on any Reconciliation platforms (Intellimatch, DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream, CTC, TLM etc)

This role is based in Pune.
