To be successful as a Change Process Engineer (AVP), you should have experience with:

  • Use available tools to capture and map Compliance business processes and support understanding of how they work in practice.  Assess and analyze outputs from the CELONIS Process Intelligence Platform to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within different Compliance business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, ensuring that process owners realize value from CELONIS's offerings. Design and implement process improvements based on actionable data-driven insights from CELONIS.  Work with various teams (e.g., product management, business teams) to define process improvements, align on priorities and coordinate process improvement initiatives.  

  • Self-starter.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexible thinking.

  • Ability to distil complex issues to clear and concise briefings for management.

  • Ability and willingness to recommend solutions.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Very strong understanding of business processes, process mining, and automation solutions. 

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of business process intelligence, automation, and the Celonis Process Mining Platform.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and work collaboratively to implement process improvements.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex process-related challenges.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage and coordinate process improvement projects.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of specific industries and their business processes is often required.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • Good knowledge of process capture and process architecture development methodologies.

  • Evidence of being involved in the successful delivery of project/programmes.

  • Experience of working in a global matrix environment.

  • Prior experience within Compliance/Financial Crime change environment.

This role will be based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives  by ensuring the business is ready to receive the agreed change (address business problems and opportunities), ensuring that change initiatives are successfully assessed and implemented to enable them to be embedded in the organisation.  

Accountabilities

  • Identification and analysis of business impact and opportunities that require change within the organisation.
  • Development of business readiness strategies that will help to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about change initiatives and that their needs and expectations are being met.
  • Collaboration with Client Readiness, Operational Readiness & Tech Delivery to ensure business, sales, operations, client servicing and functional partners are prepared for a smooth transition of technology delivery into BAU (including Target Operating Model, Training, Communications, Service Agreements.) .
  • Management of resistance to change, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and that their concerns are addressed.
  • Review of business readiness plans and status reports in conjunction with change delivery managers to ensure business readiness activities completed on time including newly identified risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Collaboration with project teams to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with project objectives and that change management activities are integrated into project plans.
  • Provision of guidance and support to business stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement change initiatives successfully.
