To be successful as a “Business Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Business Analysis experience (5-6 years) with ability to drive the end to end delivery
Excellent analytical problem solving skills – ability to review data and summarise outcomes
Strong Knowledge in Agile methodology and Agile best practices
Ability to produce Project artifacts and support documents utilizing Project Management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Ability to map and navigate complex requirements and organizational structures. Negotiation skills to drive decisions and consensus
Exhibit solid ownership behaviours, work autonomously and independently on work streams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and presentation skills
Good organizational skills, learning/growth and Audit mindset
Ability to manage changing requirements and use independent judgement to drive outcomes in a highly dynamic environment
Strong background in a banking environment (preferably investment banking) and product knowledge of FI, Derivatives and Cash products
Good understanding of Investment Banking products, Trade Lifecycles across the Front and Back office
Experience of working on global applications and ability to work within a global team environment
This role will be based out of Pune.
