To be successful as a “CRM Technical Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Good amount of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Proficient with Jira for Agile project management and Scrum facilitation
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Einstein Analytics
Proven track record implementing Salesforce integrations and third-party applications
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications)
Experience with complex Salesforce implementations and migrations
Background in similar industry (specify your industry if applicable)
This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
