Embark on a transformative journey as Cyber Threat Intel Lead, where you'll oversee the work to identify, collect and prioritize cyber threat intelligence to inform work of wider Cyber Operations, including Hunt and Detection Engineering. Help protect against external threats ranging from identification of exploited vulnerabilities and malware to threat actor activity and campaigns targeting the sector. You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to share technical and operational information, such as indicators and TTPs, to proactively support security and the wider services.
To be successful as a Cyber Threat Intel Lead, you should have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in intelligence domain
Strong critical thinking, research and analysis skills and investigative mindset.
Experience with live incidents from an intelligence perspective
Security qualification and / or proven track record in cyber threat intelligence or related role.
GCTI, SANS or equivalent
Sec+ or equivalent
Demonstrate continued awareness across the latest threat intelligence industry trend, threat landscape, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrable ability to communicate laterally and vertically.
In-depth knowledge of drivers of cyber operations, cybersecurity terminology, methodologies including the MITRE framework and cyber threat intelligence frameworks.
Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms

Subject matter expertise and proven ability to improve processes and guide junior staff.
Experience with live incidents from an intelligence perspective
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The location of the role is Pune.
Purpose of the role
To monitor the performance of operational controls, implement and manage security controls and consider lessons learnt in order to protect the bank from potential cyber-attacks and respond to threats.
