To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
End‑to‑end delivery ownership of payments and banking technology initiatives, including planning, execution and delivery assurance, preferably within payment messaging domains
Strong delivery management skills including schedule, financials, dependency management, RAID ownership, executive reporting and senior stakeholder communication
Working closely with engineering, architecture, operations, business and vendor teams to deliver complex, cross‑functional technical change
Operating within regulated environments with a strong focus on risk management, controls, audit readiness and compliance with enterprise change frameworks.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Good understanding of payment flows, SWIFT messages, clearing and settlement, and financial messaging lifecycles (MT / ISO 20022 exposure preferred)
Experience delivering large‑scale platform upgrades, migrations or transformation programs.
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe or hybrid delivery models within enterprise technology environments.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical delivery into clear business outcomes.

The role is based out of Pune.

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
