Your role is to accelerate the Debt Manager Transformation program for the BFA needs lab within Customer Care Journey Labs. This is a multiyear initiative that is now in the second year and requires scaling up of the Engineering capacity and competency of the team. As an Engineering lead, you shall ensure that the teams deliver business milestones as committed and raise the bar on the engineering quality and team competencies.
