Explore locationBarclays Services LLC seeks Assistant Vice President - Delivery Lead in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):
1. Delivery Lead for Consumer Credit Risk group in Data Services and Platform.
2. Coordinate between Engineering and product team and act as a liaison between the engineering and senior management.
3. Support end-to-end delivery coordinating through multiple delivery teams using Agile best practices.
4. Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required.
5. Develop and manage comprehensive resource allocation and forecasting trends based on business roadmaps.
6. Develop and maintain an integrated JIRA dashboard and advanced roadmaps across various scrum teams for agile delivery metrics.
7. Collaborate with Product owners and engineering teams in story writing, product backlog maintenance, refining, planning and prioritization.
8. Create data-driven reports to show progress and decision making.
9. Drive functional, technical, and architectural requirements with relevant teams to determine milestones and deliverable plans.
10. Co-ordinate with various teams for Tech-Debt management and remediation.
11. May telecommute.
