To be successful as an Engineering Manager VP, you should have experience with:
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation platforms and automation design principles. Experience in delivering and supporting enterprise-scale automations using UiPath is required. You should be familiar with Attended and unattended automation models, Reusable component and framework design, Exception handling and resiliency pattern, Credential management and secure automation practices, Bot scheduling, orchestration, and workload management, Automation lifecycle management and production support. Experience reviewing solution designs and ensuring adherence to automation standards and best practices is essential.
- Process Analysis & Automation Design
Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies. Ability to guide teams in evaluating automation opportunities, assessing feasibility, and designing scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Experience partnering with operations, technology, risk, and control functions to identify and prioritize automation opportunities is highly desirable.
- Platform Engineering & Infrastructure
Hands-on understanding of the infrastructure and technology components supporting enterprise automation platforms. This includes familiarity with: Virtual desktop and server environments, Application integrations and APIs, Monitoring and observability solutions, High availability and disaster recovery considerations
- Programming & Solution Development
Working knowledge of programming and scripting concepts used in automation development. Ability to review technical designs and support engineering decisions across the team. Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as source control, peer reviews, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes will support successful delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions.
- Intelligent Automation & Emerging Technologies
Awareness of broader intelligent automation capabilities and emerging technologies. Experience integrating RPA with AI services to automate complex business processes is considered a strong advantage.

Accountabilities

- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
