To be successful as an Estate Management, you should have experience with:
Strong exposure to OnPrem, hybrid‑estate strategy and cloud migration journeys. OpenShift, BCP & BVP.
Prior experience with File transfers, Databases, OS Hardening, Observability(L/A/M) and DevSecOps engineering practices.
Experience with cost optimization across technology estates and working with cyber, data or resilience stakeholders.
Strong reporting & analytical skills (Excel), with collaborative tools (JIRA/Confluence) aligned to newer ways of working.
Desirable Skills :
Hands-on experience upgrading products to eliminate “out‑of‑support” components, aligned to tech‑resilience standards.
Deep understanding of technical debt across components – storage/WebApps/Middleware/network etc.
Expertise in cost optimization across technology estates - familiarity with TCO optimization and operational efficiency
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and ability to understand resilient, secure, and robust enterprise platforms.

To keep our customers, clients, and colleagues safe by identifying cyber-vulnerabilities across the Bank, using a risk-based approach to prioritise them, and to drive effective remediation activity.
