To be successful as an “IAM Onboarding Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Must have bachelor’s degree or Degree in business, engineering, science or other numerate discipline.
Advanced level knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Workflow Management.
Proficient in SQL Queries (Oracle and MS SQL).
In-depth knowledge in IT Service Management and Software Development Life Cycle.
In-depth knowledge of Business process design techniques.
High level knowledge of various IT technologies Active Directory, Unix and LDAP.
Understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape
Excellent oral communication, written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to / propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues and self-starter and highly motivated.
Business focus with thorough appreciation of IT issues and how IT enables the banking business.
Excellent team player and able to work alone or with others
Good to have experience of working in Projects and exposure to project management techniques.
Demonstrated Business and functional analysis skills.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Hands on Experience in IAM technologies, such as OIM, Sailpoint with workflow design, implementations and troubleshooting.
Proven experience in Managing Agreed SLA with Stake Holders on Request Queue.
Proven experience in Managing Incident Queue.
Strong analytical and investigation skills. Ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure and time critical environment.
Hands on experience on end to end Ownership of any incident reported up to stakeholder management.
Proven experience of managing for large scale of Integration in the system.
Familiar with Information Security, Risk and ITIL concepts.
An excellent understanding of and strong desire to provide excellent customer experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiast and motivated.
This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.
