As an IAM Engineering L3 Lead, you will effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
To be a successful IAM Engineering L3 Lead, you should have experience with:
Work closely with the offshore teams to develop and support IAM solutions.
Engage in technical discussions regarding design and implementation approach for IAM Toolsets as part of its ongoing provisioning Initiatives end to end.
Identify, report and address issues, gaps, and areas of improvement to optimize the roll out of the IAM Solution.
In-depth experience with the listed technologies:
Oracle Database.
SQL Server.
ETL Tools. (Pentaho)
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database optimization techniques.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Java, good understanding of LAM controls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical / numeric skills.
Strong problem-solving ability to address new situations and efficiently handle any incidents which may arise. Strong focus on time management, to concentrate on priority work.

This role is based in Pune.
