To be successful as a Java Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:
• Java – Should have extensive and hands-on experience working with Java 8.
• Spring Boot – Should have extensive and hands-on experience working with Spring Boot.
• Should have extensive experience working with JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data etc.
• Experience of Relational database (MS SQL/Oracle).
• Extensive hands-on experience with React, React Native, Redux, and TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable user interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with React ecosystem tools including React Router, React Hooks, Context API, and state management patterns.
• Knowledge of UI testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience with Version Control Software (Git, Stash/SVN) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with API integration and asynchronous data handling in React applications.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
• Experience in analytical debugging and performance optimization.
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
