To be successful as an Oracle DBA, you should have experience with:
Strong 19c and above Oracle RAC, Dataguard, Backup, Recovery troubleshooting skills and hands on technical knowledge.
Must know Oracle different Database Migration and Upgrade techniques including like EXPDP, IMPDP, Transportable Tablespaces, GoldenGate.
Experience in design and implement MongoDB database structures for optimal performance.
Excellent knowledge in monitoring & alerting, database migration, database maintenance, data movement utilities and having strong knowledge of MongoDB backup & database recovery techniques.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Sound and practical hands-on Unix Shell scripting , SQL & PLSQL.
Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, OCI will be desirable.
Nice to have knowledge on Automation like Ansible, Kubernetes etc.
Oracle/MongoDB certified will be added advantage.

The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
