To be successful as a "PBWM Controls Offshore COE", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
*Ability to apply good judgement and support management to balance risk versus business interest whilst ensuring compliance to all relevant policies and standards.
*Able to influence & deliver in a matrix organisation.
Knowledgeable on aspects of Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Operational Risk Framework (ORF) and Barclays Control Framework (BCF).
*Experience of working in or within a Control type role / team.
*Data driven, able to synthesise recommendations from large and varied sources of data.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
*Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present credibly to senior stakeholders.
*Experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders in different business functions who have different objectives e.g. Barclays Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Legal.
*Strong Excel skills including extensive experience in managing large quantities of data, pivots, formulas, Vlookup.
*Data driven, able to synthesise recommendations from large and varied sources of data.
*Knowledgeable on aspects of Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Operational Risk Framework (ORF) and Barclays Control Framework (BCF) with experience of working in or within a Control type role / team.
This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the banks operational, financial, and reputational risk.
