To be successful as a Portfolio Analyst where you should have experience with:
Good understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PMO tools (e.g. Navigator, Workday, JIRA, Tableau, Coupa) other data reporting tools and collaboration platforms (e.g Confluence, Sharepoint).
Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Extensive experience in a PMO role with a BUK Ways of Working /Better Backlog.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Agile ways of working and best practices.
Experience in defining and documenting process flows / team operating models.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The role is based out of Pune.
