To be successful as a QA Lead, you should have experience with:
Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive and self-driven approach to lead testing tasks and getting things done as per committed timelines.
Banking industry or Cards domain experience is good-to-have.
Strong experience with Agile methodology with proficiency in JIRA usage.
Good understanding of Release and Defect lifecycle.
Ability to identify positive and negative test scenarios comprehensively.
Proven ability to create Selenium or Playwright based Test Automation frameworks from scratch.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Hands-on Automation testing skills with experience in FlaUI (preferable) / Winrunner
Proficiency in Programming Languages in C# .NET (primary), Java (secondary, nice-to-have)Java with OOPS concepts.
Proficiency in using the below Tools that complements Test Automation in Visual Studio,GitLab ,Maven (optional).
Strong understanding of creating below Testing documents Test scenarios (using JIRA X-ray),TCR preparation ,Confluence documentation.

The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
