To be successful Quality Assurance Test manager, you should have experience with:
Own test strategy, planning, execution, quality governance and performance testing across multiple programs. Drive early engagement in SDLC, refining requirements and ensuring testability.
Lead stakeholder management with Business, Product, BA, Architecture & Control teams.
Strong experience driving QA strategy and managing multi-stream delivery. Hands-on automation expertise e.g. in Java, Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills. Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Github, TeamCity) and modern test engineering practices.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Kafka/Any Messaging system. Experience with artifact management and deployment pipelines.
Integrating LLM using Agentic AI Cloud or Containerized platforms like AWS/Azure/Open Shift.

The role is based out of Pune.

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
