To be successful as a "Sanctions Business Management", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Prior Financial Crime, Compliance or Business management experience or experience working in a similar environment to support deliverables.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Experienced working with multiple senior stakeholders and aligning with business strategic direction.
Desirable skillsets/ Good to have:
Certifications in Project Management and/or advanced user skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Prior experience of working in entities with regulated environments (preferably UK), managing functions related to MI & governance.
Understanding of Financial Crime Compliance or Sanctions business.
This role will be based out of Pune (India).
Purpose of the role
To identify and conduct the appropriate analysis and due diligence on Sanctions alerts to ensure the appropriate action is taken against customers and payment activity as defined by the Sanctions Standards and Restricted Activity Matrix, ensuring that the organisation adheres to all applicable sanction’s laws and regulations and internal governance, such that client accounts are not held and transactions are not processed in breach of application laws and regulations.
