To be successful as a Security Engineering &Technology Manager you should have experience with: -
Drive the overall end to end delivery, manage roadmap (change pipeline) and raise timely risks.
Responsibility over the requirements planning, gathering/elicitation, prioritization, delivery and traceability.
Drive agile ceremonies from Planning to Retrospective.
Being the SME for the products / services within the project and maintain the book of work around them.
Ownership of apprising the management on the status of the deliveries on a regular basis.
Support engagement with key stakeholders to define business requirements and solution design including system functional design and process re-engineering to deliver business benefits.
Data and functional analysis to help extract insight and metrics that can support improvement on analytics and propositions for uplifts in the current as-is processes.
Structure phased deliverables to link long term vision with time-boxed activities.
Support the project delivery phase including testing and training, to ensure the agreed business solutions are delivered successfully.
Work closely with developers and testers, to ensure delivery of the functionality on time and with quality.
Drive resource planning and allocation based on demand and forecast of the book of work.
Minimum expertise within the Project Management, Delivery Management, Business Analysis areas.

This role is based in Pune.

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
