To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Experience in application support role and have knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is good to have).
Markets & IB technology experience in a related front-office application support role. Candidate must have knowledge of different IB products and Trade Life Cycle.
Experience of both Windows and UNIX platforms and need cloud knowledge.
Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Autosys, Scripting in Python/Shell/Perl, ITRS Geneos (monitoring tool).
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
End user support for front office applications in IB & Markets.
Knowledge of devops tools and cloud technology.

This role is based in Pune office.
