Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Service First driven Incident/Problem and Change Management,
Advanced SharePoint Online and One Drive Technical User Assistance and Coaching.
Fault finding Power App/automates and more advance Power Platform.
Comprehensive M365 and Office Application Knowledge and interrelations.
Full SharePoint Online Service Management and Admin Portal.
PowerShell and Process Automation Design, (Application Lifecycle Management).
Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot studio, ALM model, Security and Compliance, Entra ID, Power Platform Center of Excellence and Governance, AI models in Power Platform,Connectors, AI Builders.
SharePoint Online Site Design HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, Power Apps, Power Automate development.
PowerShell scripting, MS Graph, SPFx, Microsoft Evergreen updates.
Forms, Planner and other M365 Apps, Logic Apps, App registration, Azure key Vaults.
Purview Audit, DLP and Records Management wrt SharePoint and One Drive.
Requirements Analysis.
This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
