To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Years of experience in Storage Environments, specifically SAN and NAS.
Hands-on experience with SAN and NAS Technologies such as Pure, PAMX, Unity, Brocade, Cisco, Isilon, and NetApp Storage.
Experience with provisioning, decommissioning, migrations, commissioning, and troubleshooting SAN and NAS environments.
Experience with zoning on Brocade and Cisco Directors/switches and troubleshooting.
Strong identification, analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies as per business requirements.
Ability to coordinate with different storage vendors to resolve issues.
Experience handling Major Incident calls and working until Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is known and issues are fixed.
Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceFirst.
Ability to monitor log files and manage performance issues for critical systems.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to efficiently manage shift activities and handle Major Incidents.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Working exposure in 24x7 Storage Operations of large environments.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Understanding and experience working on Windows and UNIX OS platforms.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and geography.
Experience with backup technology (TSM, Rubrik) and knowledge of Virtualization & Cloud technologies is a plus.

This role is based in our Pune office.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
