To be successful as a Technical Product Owner, where you should have experience with:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in technical product development within financial services, preferably post-trade or settlements.
Proven track record in Agile delivery of complex technology programs.
Strong understanding of settlement systems and cash flow processing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Embed regulatory requirements (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank) into product design.
Support audits and internal governance processes.
Explore emerging technologies (ISO 20022, SWIFT, blockchain) for settlement optimization.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives.
Knowledge of OTC derivatives and settlement regulations.
Agile or Product Management certifications (Scrum, SAFe) are a plus.

This role is based in Pune.
