Explore locationTo be successful as a Vice President – Software Engineering Lead, you should have experience with:
Strong proficiency in Java and AWS cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Agile development, CI/CD automation, and automated testing frameworks.
Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and microservices.
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
Demonstrated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Some of highly valued skills may include:
Exposure to React or other modern UI frameworks is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Problem Solving and analytical skills to provide though leadership at any technical problem.
Experience in banking or financial services domain.
