Explore locationJoin us at Barclays’ Compliance Assurance team, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with conduct risks while working with stakeholders across APAC and globally. Wide knowledge of Investment Banking, Private Banking and Corporate Banking business, preferably with a global Investment bank will be a plus .You should possess exceptional investigative skills with the capability to identify associated key risks and areas of non-conformance with regulatory and legislative requirements and lack of controls, identify root cases, themes and trends along with experience of discussing contentious observations with management and recommending necessary actions. You should demonstrate a track record of high performance and effective execution and ability to deliver high quality work in a timely and structured manner to succeed in this role.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
