Explore locationAs a Senior Customer Service Advisor within our Video team, you'll work with customers on an appointment bases only to open youth accounts. You'll book up to 8 appointments per day to support our customers, therefore diary management is key. Experience within a customer facing role will be beneficial within this position.

Contract type: Monday to Sunday 7am-11pm
Typical working hours: 9am-8pm to Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday to Sunday
Salary: £26,500
