Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Compliance Business Implementation US Lead VP. Manage execution of Projects/Program across all teams and stakeholders. Apply the right processes, tools, methods and skills to manage the delivery of the program from business case through to closure. Provide change leadership capability to the US Change team and the senior Compliance stakeholders in the US.
To be successful as a Compliance Business Implementation US Lead VP, you should have experience with:
Large scale program management and governance experience, planning pan-group programs and cross-group coordination at all levels in a large financial service organisation.
Good understanding of a typical risk and control framework in a large Bank
Experience dealing with Regulatory expectations and commitments
Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Businesses, Technology, Compliance, Operations and Functions i.e. Risk and Legal
Ability to navigate complex problems and provide pragmatic solutions.
Creative and forward thinking, striving to improve and find solutions through effective innovation and ability to manage project and programs of work end to end.
Highly organized and structured with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary $166,625
Maximum Salary $195,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
