You will be supporting the Barclays Syndicate Desks globally within the Wholesale Lending business, helping to ensure high-value deals and maintain system stability critical to the bank’s success. With direct exposure to front-office teams and impactful, fast-paced work, you will have a unique opportunity to grow their technical skills while playing a key role in protecting the firm’s financial and reputational interests.
To be successful as a Lending Syndication Product Support Manager, you should have experience with:
Technical proficiency in systems support, including MS SQL for data analysis, familiarity with Java-based applications, and working knowledge of LINUX environments
Communicating effectively (written and verbal) across both technical and business teams, with ample written and verbal skills
Applying ITIL processes, particularly in Change, Problem, and Incident Management
Operating in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments and coordinating efforts to resolve critical system issues
Delivering client-focused support while balancing multiple stakeholders needs and shifting priorities
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Proficiency in Excel, especially Macros and Pivot Tables
Experience with PowerPoint for creating clear, senior-level presentations
Familiarity with Wholesale Lending and financial industry concepts
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
Maximum Salary: $160,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
