Evidence of automation and engineering efficiency through Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform
Experience operating within change, risk, and control governance, including contribution to audit, compliance, and operational reporting requirements
Incident and problem management capability, including root cause analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities (with senior technical leadership expected at VP level)
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience advising stakeholders on secure design, risk tradeoffs, and strategic security decisions (particularly at VP level)
Experience driving continuous improvement of platform health, reliability, and operational integrity
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, AWS or Azure Security, or equivalent, considered an advantage
