Explore locationJoin Barclays as an Onboarding Analyst, where you’ll have the chance to play an instrumental role in supporting our teams and customers throughout the onboarding process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for client onboarding, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
To be successful as an Onboarding Analyst, you should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry or other professional background
Stakeholder management with both internal and external client
Great communication and analytical skills, with strong Excel
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to customer onboarding experience
Previous KYC experience
Financial/ Banking experience
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $72,000
Maximum Salary: $85,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To support Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
