In this role, you’ll partner across teams to shape the roadmap and set engineering priorities, enabling the development of secure, scalable, and compliant digital asset capabilities that deliver meaningful enterprise impact.
To be successful as a Product Owner- Digital Assets, you should:
Have a solid understanding of Digital Asset use cases, including tokenization, settlement, wallet-enabled flows, and network interoperability
Bring good technology product ownership or product management experience in complex technology or platform environments
Be able to translate strategic goals into clear epics, features, stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management across business, engineering, architecture, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and controls
Other highly valued skills include:
Knowledge of tokenized deposits, bonds, repos, stablecoins, and other institutional digital asset models
Understanding of payments, instant payments, cross-border flows, and digital asset-enabled settlement
Familiarity with capital markets workflows, including issuance, trading, lifecycle events, and DvP/PvP
Exposure to L1/L2 networks, smart contracts, on chain compliance, custody models, and interoperability frameworks
Be confident using AI-enabled product and productivity tooling to enhance prioritization, improve delivery efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and strategically manage product, operational, and delivery risk
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
