To be successful as a Product Owner, you should:
Demonstrate considerable accountability of product vision, backlog, and value delivery, acting as the clear voice of the customer
Excel at prioritization and sound judgment, balancing business value, risk, and technical feasibility
Effectively translate business and marketing needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Communicate confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders to drive alignment
Apply agile delivery practices to continuously improve outcomes and adapt to change
Other highly valued skills include:
Considerable MarTech domain knowledge, including marketing automation, customer data, content delivery, and analytics High level of technical literacy, APIs, integrations, data flows
Ability to work effectively with engineering teams Data driven product mindset, using analytics and insights to guide roadmap and prioritization strategies
Validated ability to drive organizational change and user adoption across business teams
Experience in banking or financial services, with considerable understanding of security, compliance, data protection, and regulatory expectations for data and cloud solutions, supported by a relevant degree and extensive enterprise delivery experience
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
