To be successful as a Regulatory Program Management Analyst AVP, you should have experience with:
Leadership, project management, and analytical skills, along with an understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
Collaborating across lines of business, cross-functional teams, and cross-regional controls, programs, and operating models
Good PMO and reporting mindset with the ability to create impactful level presentations
Possess a comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to excel in a dynamic evolving landscape with constantly changing priorities.
Operating within a top-tier institution
Some other highly valued skills may include:
A degree in business, a master’s in finance or equivalent experience
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to “roll up their sleeves”, take initiative and anticipate needs before they arise
Experience with compliance regulations, controls, frameworks, and audits
Experience with data analytics tools/techniques and comfort with analyzing and synthesizing trend data
Notable understanding of risk and control assessment techniques
Experience in the financial or consulting industry
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
Maximum Salary: $155,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
