As a Barclays Senior Java Developer - Assistant Vice President, you will have the chance to participate as a hands-on senior software engineer who will work on building and delivering key software architecture components that will be scaled across the Wholesale Onboarding, GFCO and CRM group. These capabilities will include enterprise grade workflow engine, service mesh, knowledge graph / semantic layer and UI framework.
To be successful as a Senior Java Developer you should have experience with:
Experience in system design, development, and architecture.
Experience in Java/J2EE, Multithreading , Angular JS, and Messaging.
Experience Java 11,17, Spring Boot/MVC/Framework/ Microservices, REST API, Junits/Mockito
Worked on any workflow/BPM solutions.
Use development toolsets such as Maven, Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Sonar.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Nice to have a good knowledge of Camunda framework.
Familiarity with containerization technologies
Knowledge of Linux or other UNIX-based systems
Experience in SQL
Familiarity with Ansible or any automation tool

This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey.
