Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as an USCB Strategic Investments Process Analyst-AVP. In this role, you will help the USCB Technology team and its stakeholders with understanding the values of strategic change investments, spend against approved budgets, understand various elements of technology costs and help with forecasting and reporting on both costs as well as approved budgets movements.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Supporting the financial planning process for technology-related programs, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Ensure that technology costs (operational and capitalization) are accurately forecasted and align with the bank’s strategic priorities
Supporting the financial tracking and reporting of major technology strategies and projects on monthly basis which includes resource and non-resource detailed view to support the program managers
Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for technology departments and stakeholders.
Reporting on technology expenditures, project costs and resource allocation
Ensuring that financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal reporting standards
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to create an executive friendly summary of risks and opportunities related to financials and workforce in the department
Stakeholder Management experience
Understand, test and help implement new financial processes, and toolsets

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $ 115,000
Maximum Salary: $ 155,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
