In this role, you will play a key part in supporting multiple executives by expertly managing schedules, organizing travel arrangements and processing expense reports. You will handle sensitive and confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and flexibility.
To be successful as an Executive Assistant, you should have:
Experience managing executive schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other key office software
Ability to collaborate with other EAs daily
Prior EA experience at the executive level
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Prior EA experience within financial services is preferred
Detail oriented mindset and extremely organized
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while supporting senior executives
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Wilmington, DE office.
Purpose of the role
To manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support as needed.
