Step into the role of Instructional Designer, where you will develop and produce content that meets the needs of the US Learning community (currently Collections, Customer Care, and Fraud). This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your knowledge in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education and Training and Development. Work samples are also required.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Articulate Storyline 360
  • Development of storyboards, scripting, and recording/editing
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to create learning needs analysis and definition documents to define eLearning design projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience creating time frames and reporting.

Some other highly valued skills include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Training and Development related fields is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role based in Wilmington, Delaware.

Purpose of the role

To support business areas with analysis of business needs and development of learning solutions.    

Accountabilities

  • Support various business areas with day-to-day learning initiatives.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to support learning and operational processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing learning recommendations in operational processes.
  • Development and implementation of learning to support processed and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry learning trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
  • Participation in learning projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
