Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as a QA Analyst at Barclays, where you will be responsible for ensuring business operational requests completed by Barclays Bank Delaware are in adherence to State and Federal regulatory compliance with Bank Policy and regulatory requirements. The QA Analyst will also be responsible for providing feedback to management regarding trends and training opportunities in order to continue improving the process and enable management to provide guidance to the Business Area. In addition to the quality assurance accountabilities, the QA Analyst may also be tasked with other related US Consumer Bank quality assurance reviews on an as needed basis.
To be successful as a QA Analyst, you should have experience with:
Demonstrating considerable attention to detail, with an understanding of the importance of accuracy and timely responses
Ample analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Prior experience with KYC process
Results driven with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
Proficient in Microsoft applications
