In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will support Private Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM) operations by handling processing, reporting, and issue resolution across client accounts and services. Ensure operational efficiency, risk control, and high-quality service delivery through effective collaboration and process improvement within Barclays.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Manage day-to-day PBWM operations including processing, reviewing transactions, and resolving client/account-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance client servicing, and ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor the operational performance and service.

Desirable skills set:
Hands-on knowledge of Fincrime, transaction monitoring, sanctions etc.
Strong People management and risk management skills.
