Explore locationAs a Corporate Banking Compliance Manager AVP located in Frankfurt, you will be responsible for working closely with the Corporate Banking business teams, key stakeholders and other members of the Global, European and German Corporate Banking Compliance Team to support and enhance the Compliance culture within the organisation by providing technical guidance, support, tailored feedback on regulatory issues specifically focused on a part of the overall Corporate Bank product set.
To be successful as a Corporate Banking Compliance Manager AVP, you should have experience with
Compliance experience in a regulated firm, regulatory consultancy practice
Proactivity and an ability to lead engagement on behalf of the team at business governance fora, providing measured and proportionate check and challenge to manage risk, escalating where appropriate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the following languages: English and German
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to multi-task and manage projects while completing daily tasks and responsibilities
Strong team player
Understanding of the European regulatory framework around corporate banking, including PSD3, SEPA Instant Regulation, Cross Border Payments Regulation, MifID2 and Market Abuse

To provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
