Explore locationJoin us as an Investment Banking Associate, FIG at Barclays, where you will advise clients on a wide range of strategic transactions across Insurance, FinTech, Banks and Specialty Finance, and Asset and Wealth Management Verticals. You will have the opportunity to conduct industry research, evaluate key trends and opportunities, develop financial models, perform valuation analyses and manage the execution of transactions. You will also prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership, while nurturing and building strong relationships with other industry professionals.
To be successful as an Investment Banking Associate, FIG, you should have:
MBA/Bachelor’s degree with some relevant Investment Banking experience
Direct FIG and / or FinTech Investment Banking experience preferred, however, we will also consider related experience in Private Equity, Equity Research, Consulting or Corporate Development
Experience with financial statement analysis, modelling, and marketing materials preparation
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Live deal experience
Experience managing analysts
Stake management with both internal and external stakeholders
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in New York
This role is a FINRA regulated role
Minimum Salary: $175,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
