Explore locationWe are seeking a Policies & Procedures Analyst to join our team at Barclays. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of procedures, supporting the Policies & Procedures Manager in ensuring documents are accurate, compliant and fit-for-purpose. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to write, review and maintain operational and financial crime-related procedures, as well as provide support to business areas with day-to-day processing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
To be successful as a Policies & Procedures Analyst, you should have experience with:
Previous experience in writing and managing procedures or process documentation.
Experience within financial crime, compliance or a regulated operations environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior levels.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Glasgow office.
