Explore locationAs a Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of various teams and senior leadership. This includes driving project and scorecard performance to achieve Divisional and Barclays strategic objectives, and support senior leaders to navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions and achieve business-critical goals; this includes ensuring KPIs and scorecard targets are in place and tracking teams to deliver projects and goals, working with various stakeholders, including supporting and assisting senior leadership team; ensuring adequate governance and operating rhythm is in place, analysing and evaluating performance data and reporting/ escalating performance.
To be successful as Business Performance Manager, you should have experience with
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly numerical with a strong understanding of KPI/ metric performance frameworks
Gravitas and authority to build successful relations with senior leadership teams/ multiple stakeholders.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and have desire to drive.
Excellent presentation skills
High levels of integrity and trustworthiness
Some other highly valued skills may include
Analytical skills.
Experience of working in Banking or a financial services
Familiar with key business intelligence/ analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Familiar with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot

This role can be based in London (1CP), Glasgow or Northampton.
