Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Business Operations Senior Analyst, where you'll be part of the Vendor & Fulfillment Operations team—a high-performing unit within the US Consumer Bank that manages daily operations, particularly those involving third-party vendors. As a Business Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for service-level & volume reconciliation as well as exception handling for multiple processes. Processes are assigned as per need but may include mail room activity oversight, paper application processing, statement, letter & plastic fulfilment and payment network interchange, among others. This role includes interaction with Contact Center, Front Office and Technology as well as direct engagement with third-party Vendors.
To be successful as a Business Operations Senior Analyst, you should have experience with:
Working within the financial services industry
Developing and maintaining procedural documentation, as well as executing operational processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications with a familiarity in Excel capabilities
Ability to analyze trends to self-identify potential and/or emerging issues
Experience in third-party vendor relationships
